Radiographic findings: (M) There is a smoothly marginated mineral opacity at the medial aspect of the ulnar epiphysis on the cranial caudal view. There is mild periarticular bone proliferation at the caudal and medial/lateral aspect of the anconeal process. The medial coronoid process has an irregualr appearance on the lateral view. No other significanr abnormalities are seen.

Radiographic impression: elbow arthritis secondary to fragmentation of the medial coronoid process.
