Kelsey is a graduate of Oregon State University with a major in animal science and a minor in business administration. She joined VDIC in the sales and marketing department in February of 2006.  Her responsibilities include client relations and new client customer care, creating marketing and promotional material for the many services provided at VDIC and organizing the exhibitor services for VDIC.
