Mikhael joined the VDIC team in 2000 as a graduate of the Medical Transcriptionist program at Mt. Hood Community College. Her knowledge of the company and VetMedStat has contributed to her current position in technical support, helping clients from around globe to send telemedicine cases to VDIC.  In addition, Mikhael assists with account management, accounting, and patient scheduling. In her free time, Mikhael enjoys cycling, spending time on the Oregon coast, and knitting
