These consist of high nucleocytoplasmic ratio, deeply basophilic, often vacuolated cytoplasm, large eccentrically located nuclei with coarse granular chromatin, prominent multiple nucleoli, and severe anisocytosis and anisokaryosis. There is one giant cell with a large kidney bean-shaped nucleus.
